Store Policy

PAYMENT CPC accepts PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Card.
SHIPPING CPC orders are sent via TNT for within Australia and DHL for international orders.
DAMAGE CLAIMS Refuse delivery if a shipment appears damaged upon delivery and contact CPC immediately. All products sent by CPC are insured for incidental damages. If the product has been accepted for delivery, CPC must be notified of the damage immediately. Thoroughly document damage and send the information to CPC as soon as possible for a claim to be submitted. The freight company will collect the damaged product from the original destination. All components and products must be kept in original packaging and condition.

Upon CPC receiving the damaged product, a replacement can be sent. If a replacement is required more quickly, the customer may order another part to be sent out immediately at their cost and when the damaged product is returned to CPC a refund can be made.
FAILED DELIVERY Orders that are undeliverable and/or re-shipped to the customer are subject to shipping charges (at normal shipping rates).
CPC NEW PART WARRANTY CPC has a 90 day warranty for defects in material or workmanship from the delivery date. All products are subject to inspection before approval for warranty. It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all of the components are correct before installation. We assume no liability for any errors made in tolerances, component selection, or installation.

CPC warranty excludes but is not limited to; Damage due to excessive manifold pressure (i.e. nitrous backfires, engine misfire, etc.), to improper use or installation. Physical damage from impact, crash, road debris, or use of improper cleaning products. Physical alteration or modification. Shipping damage – refer to damage claim policy. Collateral damage from another product failure. Normal wear and tear.

CPC’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its product. To make a warranty claim, CPC must be contacted within the warranty period and the part must be returned within 10 days from contact, freight prepaid.

RIGHT OF SERVICE CPC reserves the right to refuse sales or service to anyone, at any time, for any reason without explanation.
MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS In the event of missing components or incorrect order fulfillment, contact CPC within 2 business days of receipt of delivery. CPC will endeavour to correct or fill the order correctly within 2 days, with no freight charges.
VEHICLE WARRANTY STATEMENT CPC products, once installed, may void the manufacturer's warranty of the vehicle and may change the emissions of the vehicle which might affect the legal sale of the vehicle in some states or countries.
