Our fifth workshop update brings some solid progress and exciting changes happening behind the scenes. From fresh stock hitting the shelves to workshop upgrades and refined product development, here’s a rundown on what’s been going on.
Stocked and Ready to Ship
We’ve been busy building stock across all our popular products to meet growing demand and minimise lead times. The shelves are now stacked with:
Each component is ready to go, you can now simply pick your preferred colour or combo and get it shipped in just a few days.
New: RB26 Billet Cam Cover Set
Currently in the final stages of testing, our RB26 billet cam cover set is designed to clean up the engine bay with a symmetrical, factory-fitting aesthetic. 3D prints are helping us finalise coil cover and cam gear cover fitment before production begins. Expect a small batch run of 10–20 units to hit the shelves shortly.
In the Workshop
We’ve made a strong push toward improving workflow and space:
-
CNC Probing Systems: Installed DrewTronics probing on our VM3 5-axis machine for in-process quality checks. VF2 machines are next.
-
Mezzanine Expansion: We’re extending mezzanine storage to ¾ of the shop.
-
Office Restructure: Building a new QC + assembly office, freeing up space for more stock storage and product prep.
Racing Development
We’ve continued testing with Rod Harvey’s Toyota Supra, which runs our version 1 billet cylinder head. The results have been promising with the head staying strong after multiple dyno sessions and track passes. Version 2 is in the works now, with refinements for better flow and durability.
Older Machines, New-Level Results
Though our machines are over 20 years old, we continue pushing them to deliver top-tier results. Every billet product coming off our line stands up to modern expectations, and we take pride in doing more with less. It’s not about flashy equipment, it’s about precision, experience, and knowing how to get the best out of what you’ve got.
What’s Next
In addition to stocking up, we’re working on:
-
Finalising the RB26 cam cover set
-
Continuing development of our billet cylinder head program
-
Supporting customer builds with off-the-shelf solutions
-
Keeping stock flowing to minimise wait times
Thanks for your ongoing support, stay tuned for Workshop Update #6 as we head deeper into 2025.
